How the Brutal Invasion of Aleppo in 2012 was portrayed as “Liberation”

War or regime-change propaganda is obviously nothing new. For the hundred years before the outbreak of the war on Syria, the Western establishment have provided bogus claims as pretext for war. Among the most infamous are Huns eating Belgian babies during World War One; Vietnam’s Gulf of Tonkin when the United States directly attacked Vietnam on the pretext of falsely claiming it was attacked by the Vietnamese; Iraqi soldiers removing babies from incubators in Kuwaiti hospitals in 1990; Weapons of Mass Destruction falling in the hands of al-Qaeda peddled by George Bush and Tony Blair regimes; Iraq’s purchase of Uranium from Niger; African mercenaries on Viagra killing and raping their way through Libya before the regime-change in Libya commenced.

The hero who saved Aleppo

This is the story of Bassel Karful one of the thousands of  the brave martyrs  who fought and died for Syria. Bassel was from Tartous. Everyone who knew him said  that he was a joyful always smiling young man whose love for this family has no equal except his love for his homeland.

SYRIA: Testimony from the *forgotten people* – interviews by Pierre Le Corf in Aleppo

“Take these few minutes please, I ask it to you as a favor, it is really important. Here’s a little piece of history, a little bit of a window on the lives of those who go through war and face everyday life under the weight of sanctions. I have collected hours and hours of testimonies from people who are erased, forgotten. I ask you nothing except to take the time to listen, to open your hearts, to share their messages because these testimonies are essential. ”

Oscar-nominated “For Sama” will put Al Qaeda back on Hollywood’s red carpet

Dedicated to Waad’s daughter, the documentary can only be described as a grotesque misrepresentation of life in East Aleppo under the tyranny of sectarian armed groups. Anyone watching this movie will assume that East Aleppo was the “free country” as described by Waad, besieged and preyed upon by the Syrian government. The film literally airbrushes Nusra Front from the scenario. Groups like Nour al-Din al-Zenki are not referred to, their crimes go unmentioned.

For Sama: A beautiful yet deceptive documentary that betrays reality in Syria

When Waad and Hamza departed Aleppo with Nusra militants, the vast majority of Aleppans celebrated. On the surface, “For Sama” is about romance and childbirth. Underneath it is very political, as interviews with the producers confirmed. For this, it will likely be widely promoted precisely because it gives a distorted picture. To continue the dirty war on Syria, public misunderstanding is required.

Aleppo voices – the West’s “moderate rebels” have destroyed Syria

This is not a “humanitarian” war as you are being led to believe, you are not “saving” the people from a “dictator”, you are ensuring they are murdered in their sleep and reduced to beggars in the streets, homeless and bereft of their dignity, their most basic needs – living under the occupation of the “moderate rebels” and subjected to all kinds of abuse.

West Aleppo under attack – interview with neighbour of Nusra Front.

Mahmoud lives less than 100 meters from Nusra Front terrorists who occupy the houses at the end of his street. The street that separates him from his neighbours on the opposite side is empty, nobody dares to cross it because the Nusra Front snipers will shoot them – Mahmoud told me that one man had been shot and was left bleeding in the street because nobody dared to try and rescue him.
